"Insightful" and "Human" - brand language consultant highlights my copy on HSBC.com
While I worked for HSBC, the bank used a New York and London-based agency - The Writer - for tone of voice training and copy audits of the website.
As the bank's only copywriter in North America, it was incredibly rewarding to see The Writer use my copy as good examples of how to be "Insightful" and "Human" when they shared a click test with upper management.
This was one of my best resources to lean on when advocating for better customer-focused copy - 3rd party recognition of what's working and what's not.
