On-Brand Landing Pages
OBJECTIVE
Collaborate with UX designers to create marketing landing page for online-only bank accounts at hsbcdirect.com.
SOLUTION
Write copy that speaks to the ease of the entire digital banking experience from opening an account to managing your account - all online.
"Who has time for traditional banking?"
"Leave the branch behind..."
Also, this was an opportunity to play off of the branding by saying, "Online-only bank accounts, direct to you, from HSBC Direct."
OBJECTIVE
Collaborate with UX designers to create landing page for new mobile banking app.
SOLUTION
Customers already know what the mobile app is and does so this was an opportunity to highlight the key features - not by brand name but by what the feature can do for the customer.
For example:
"Transfer funds in real time >" instead of using the branded term, "Real-Time Payments (RTP) System" as the sub-head.
Additionally, simplify the feature descriptions with a clear, concise summary of how they work.
