HSBC Canada Digital Engagement Campaign - Mother's Day
OBJECTIVE
As part of HSBC Canada's monthly digital engagement campaigns, I was tasked with coming up with a creative way to encourage customers to notify the bank if their personal details had changed (phone number, address, job).
SOLUTION
This campaign happened right around Mother's Day so I played off of that theme with, "We're not your mom, but..."
RESULT
All levels of HSBC Canada's digital team were so impressed with this fresh (to the bank) approach that they ran with this theme across customer emails, digital signage inside bank branches, and their social media accounts.

OBJECTIVE
Promote HSBC Canada's Foreign Currency Savings Account to their international customers.
SOLUTION
Highlight the 5 different currencies available for customers in a creative way to grab customer's attention. I started with the most important part of an email - the subject line:
"What has five currencies, no monthly fees, and great rates?"
RESULT
When Larry Tomei, Executive VP and Board Member of HSBC Canada, saw this in his inbox he responded with:
I love this nudge - smart, funny, compelling....on a product nobody else can offer!
