OBJECTIVE

Customers adding eligible Samsung devices to their cart will be presented with an upsell offering 50% off of the new Samsung Buds2 wireless earbuds. At the time, upsell modals were not being used for accessories so this was a test to increase offer awareness and redemption.

SOLUTION

Write copy that calls out the key feature of these earbuds (noise cancelling) while prominently displaying the 50% offer, highlighting the low offer price, and mention the full retail price for comparison. Additionally, include a clear CTA that prompts the customer to take next steps. 

RESULT

Testing showed a 126% attach rate lift.


OBJECTIVE

Showcase free restocking fee on product detail pages to improve progression and increase order conversion.

SOLUTION

Write copy that's consistent with AT&T pricing format while highlighting - in clear, direct language - that this exclusive option is for online customers only. Test copy in a variety of treatments for mobile and desktop.
